At the Chicago Dogs Team Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to the ballpark.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
